These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of cyberpsychologyresearch.io (the "Site"), which is operated by the Center for Cybersecurity and Cyberpsychology Research (CCCR, "we," "us," or "our"), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit research and education organization. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Site.

2. Description of the Site

CCCR is a nonprofit research and education organization advancing the study of how technology influences human cognition, emotion, and behavior. The Site exists to share that work publicly and may include:

• Descriptions of ongoing and completed research programs.
• Publications, working papers, and conference presentations.
• Educational resources, frameworks, and community programs.
• Information about our team, governance, and nonprofit mission.

• Upload or transmit any malicious code, or use the Site to distribute unsolicited communications.

Unless otherwise noted, the content on this Site — including text, research publications, frameworks, graphics, logos, and the arrangement of the Site itself — is the property of CCCR or its contributors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may quote and cite our publications with appropriate attribution consistent with standard scholarly practice. Reproducing, redistributing, or creating derivative works from our materials for other purposes requires our prior written permission. Third-party names and marks referenced on the Site remain the property of their respective owners.

The research, frameworks, and educational resources on this Site are provided for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute medical, psychological, clinical, legal, financial, or professional security advice, and they are not a substitute for consultation with a qualified professional. Nothing on this Site creates a clinician-patient, attorney-client, or advisory relationship. 11. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Santa Fe County, New Mexico.
