1. Our Commitment

Center for Cybersecurity and Cyberpsychology Research (CCCR) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit research and education organization, and we believe our research and educational resources should be available to everyone. We are committed to making cyberpsychologyresearch.io accessible to people with disabilities, including visitors who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, speech input, or other assistive technologies. Accessibility is part of how we build and maintain this site, not an afterthought.

2. Conformance Target

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines, published by the World Wide Web Consortium, explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities. We treat Level AA as our working standard and measure the site against it as we make changes.

3. Measures We Take

To support that target, we take the following measures:

• Building pages with semantic HTML and a logical heading structure so assistive technologies can navigate the content.
• Providing text alternatives for meaningful images and marking decorative elements so they are skipped.
• Ensuring the site can be operated by keyboard alone, with visible focus indicators.
• Choosing text and background colors that aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA contrast ratios.
• Using responsive layouts that remain readable when text is enlarged or viewed on small screens.
• Labeling form fields and links descriptively, so their purpose is clear out of context.
• Considering accessibility when we review new pages and content before publishing them.

4. Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, some parts of this site may not yet be fully accessible. Content published earlier, documents contributed by third parties, and linked materials hosted elsewhere may not meet our conformance target, and PDF versions of our publications may not be fully tagged for screen readers. We remediate issues as we identify them and prioritize those that block access to information. If you encounter a barrier that is not listed here, we want to hear about it.

5. Accommodations and Feedback

If you have difficulty accessing any part of this site, or if you need any of our research or educational materials in an alternative format, please contact us. It helps if you can tell us the page address, what you were trying to do, and the browser or assistive technology you were using. We aim to respond to accessibility requests within five business days and will work with you to provide the information you need.
